Caribbean Honeymoon

Riviera Maya and Punta Cana: cenotes, white sand and twelve days horizontal.

The essence

A Caribbean that really does feel like just the two of you

The Caribbean has a reputation for crowded resorts, and curation defeats that reputation. This route opens in the Riviera Maya, where the jungle keeps freshwater cenotes that wake up empty, and closes in Punta Cana with a private-pool villa steps from sand that squeaks underfoot. In between: Tulum at sunrise, a candlelit dinner in the jungle and the Caribbean at its most luminous.

We choose small hotels or adults-only sections inside larger resorts, with private beach access and breakfast served on your terrace. Transfers are private, reservations are locked in, and the team lets every hotel know you are newlyweds. The result is a Caribbean with no queues, no colored wristbands and all the time in the world.

What we would tell a friend

Advice from our travel designers: what we book first, what we avoid, and the details that turn a good trip into an unforgettable one.

01

Book the private cenote early

Exclusive-use cenotes have very limited sunrise slots. Confirming three months ahead secures the golden hour and an empty site.

02

Ask for a private transfer between Cancún and Tulum

The road is easy, and a private transfer turns ninety minutes into part of the rest, stopping wherever you like.

03

Choose adults-only if you want calm

Large Caribbean resorts work beautifully when you book the adults section: same infrastructure, different rhythm.

04

Pack reef-safe sunscreen

Cenotes and eco parks require biodegradable sunscreen. It is on the packing list we send you.

05

Add a decompression day when you return

Landing on a Saturday and starting work Monday works better than a red-eye straight to the office.

06

Say it is your honeymoon when booking

Hotels prepare welcome details when they know. We flag it on every reservation.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

When is the best time for a Caribbean honeymoon?

December to April is dry and sunny across the Riviera Maya and Punta Cana. May, June and November offer good weather with fewer people and better rates. Hurricane season runs August to October, and we always include insurance with cancellation cover.

How much does a Caribbean honeymoon cost?

This 10 to 12 day route starts at USD 4,200 per person in double occupancy and includes accommodation, private transfers, catamaran, private cenote and the listed experiences. International flights are quoted separately based on your origin.

Can we do only Mexico or only the Dominican Republic?

Yes. The route splits easily: seven nights in the Riviera Maya or seven in Punta Cana work perfectly as a shorter honeymoon. We adjust the itinerary to the days you have.

What documents do we need?

Entry requirements depend on your nationality and change often. The source airlines check is the IATA Travel Centre, where you can verify your exact case before buying tickets.

Do you arrange symbolic beach weddings?

Yes. We coordinate symbolic ceremonies and vow renewals on the beach with officiant, flowers, music and a private dinner. Legally binding weddings require local paperwork: we explain what it involves and put you in touch with the legal provider at destination.
