CocoVolare CTM is a turnkey corporate travel management service. We integrate with your company as if we were your own travel department: we buy the flights, book the hotels, coordinate ground transfers and handle any contingency, all from a team of AMADEUS, SABRE and Travelport-certified agents assigned exclusively to your account. Your team just tells us who is traveling, when and where. We take care of everything else: from the best fare to support if a flight is cancelled at midnight.

We quote, compare and issue domestic and international air tickets across the three global GDS platforms. We secure negotiated corporate fares your company cannot obtain on its own, with savings of 15 to 25%.

We manage accommodation aligned with each traveler's itinerary at corporate rates, room blocks for groups and spend-policy controls by role and destination. Direct billing to your company.
